Unless I'm mistaken, I don't believe there's a "Mark All Forums as Read" button. It gets a bit tedious going into forums and clicking the button for that specific forum just a suggestion, though.

There should be one at the bottom of the page, within the Board Statistics module. Underneath "Today's Birthdays" is a small grey banner, to the right hand side of this banner are a few links, including "Mark All Forums Read". Hope that helps
